| On November 9, 2007, the New York State Appellate Division Second Department published: The DECISION & ORDER of my pro se APPEAL. The court's DECISION is a judicial tragedy to protect corrupted Family Court Judge Salvatore Modica. Appellate Division Judges Howard Miller, David Ritter, Fred Santucci and Ruth Balkin know that Judge Salvatore Modica lied, on the record, and they know that I could not make my case because Judge Modica arranged ex-parte with Attorney Nestor Soto to cut my oral arguments off.
